It has been disclosed that one of the biggest sources of the new evil trace gas, Nitrogen Trifluoride, is the production of that icon of “clean enegy”, the solar panel. So the reduction of CO2 emissions by using renewable energy sources such as solar will actually increase the concentration of a gas that is 17,000 times more potent in its greenhouse effect. Oh, the irony!
