I guess there’s now one more restaurant I won’t need to bother trying out. Chef Kylie Kwong earns the ICOTD Gong for this one:
“The big picture for me is: how can I help combat climate change? I truly believe that climate change is the most pressing topic of the 21st Century,” Kwong says.
What selective amnesia the environmentalists have. How about poverty, disease or war? You know, things that actually cause people harm, rather than merely imaginary harm in the workings of a dodgy computer model? Really, get a grip.

“Manufacturing doubt”
Bill Bailey’s new show tackles the issue of climate change.

@MarcH: Disappointing – up to now, I quite liked Bill Bailey… But hey, it’s politically correct and will get a few cheap laughs at the expense of us “Flat Earthers”, right?
Seems that Kylie is not only a good cook but also quite accomplished at making ICOTD’s. Here’s another little gem from her “top tips.”
“Only eat animals that have been fed well and have had a good life themselves.”
Call me cynical, but I am guessing no butcher is likely to have a seperate section in the store signed “meat from animals that have had a bad life”
I find the title of this show to be the ultimate irony. The only thing being manufactured in this debate is the so-called “scientific consensus.”
Aren’t these the same people that were trying to scare us into a new ice age in the early 70’s?
Poppakap:
Schneider is a prime example. He’s also in the same league as Al Gore in terms of thinking that it’s OK to lie in order to get someones attention.
