Reaction to Penny Wong’s recent speech (see here) has been astonishing:

A strong global agreement is apparently “manifestly in Australia’s own national interest” (and worth paying billions upon billions for). Why?

The bottom line is that there is no scientific evidence linking rising global temperatures to the increasing catastrophe losses around the world. Ironically enough, the scientific evidence includes the paper cited by Wong to suggest the opposite.

Wong somehow kept a straight face when she told the crowd: “Climate change [is] happening more quickly than we previously thought.”

The endless warmist campaign used to get me so angry. But now it’s becoming more and more like a Sitcom every day and can you believe the comedy material? Every day we are treated to more and more comedy gold. Who the hell is the writer of this comedic genius?

What an appalling hypocite Wong is. It’s bad enough her making the cheap shot about tobacco and skeptics at the Kool-Aid Drinkers Convention in Adelaide, but look at her own record. Check out the grants listed on her Dept of Climate Change Sheltered Workshop Website:

She obviously doesn’t see any problem with blatantly tipping money in to help fund the corrupt IPCC – in the interests of producing the garbage that supports the argument that she and the Rudd government are pushing. Talk about a conflict of interest. (Also note that the IPCC is NOT mentioned anywhere on the Website – you have to look into the grant papers themselves to dig this little gem of info out. Wonder why she would want to hide this?).
